DAQ SECURE 01

Factory Next’s DAQ Secure 01 is a secured one-way IoT gateway designed for transferring operational data out of protected plant networks to cloud platforms and IT systems. It accepts a serial datastream from PLCs, energy meters, analysers and legacy machines, and publishes it over MQTT with TLS through Wi-Fi, GSM, 4G or Ethernet, with no return path into the control network.

Areas of Application

It lets operational data from PLCs, meters, analysers and legacy serial equipment reach cloud dashboards while the control network stays closed to inbound traffic, making it ideal for energy and carbon reporting, remote and unmanned sites, and facilities with strict OT security policies.
